MAVS Pro Plus Masonry Mortar & Grout

Product Description

MAVS Pro Plus MASONRY MORTAR & GROUT is a premium mortar with additional water-repellent additives that make it highly water and efflorescence resistant. It is manufactured with cement, lime, water-repellents, masonry aggregates, and other proprietary additives. MAVS Pro Plus is used for grouting interior and exterior applications of most natural and manufactured veneers, thin brick, pavers, brick, tile, stone, precast, and block. MAVS Pro Plus may also be used to set full brick and block units. Omega AkroLoc or Siena Admix AX100 latex admixtures can be used to impart greater flexibility, improve bond strength, increase water retention, and surface appearance.

Manufactured to the highest quality control standards, MAVS Pro Plus exceeds ASTM C270 for Type S and Type M mortars and ANSI A118.6 for grout requirements. It is available in grey, white, off white, tan, and a variety of standard and custom colors. MAVS Pro Plus is part of Omega’s Masonry Adhered Veneer Systems (MAVS) family of products backed by Omega’s system warranties. MAVS Pro Plus additive does not change grout color.

Basic Uses

MAVS Pro Plus is a premium mortar designed for grouting between veneer joints of natural stone and manufactured veneers, brick, tile, stone, pavers, block, precast, and masonry. It can be used on vertical and horizontal joints in residential and commercial, exterior and interior applications. MAVS Pro Plus may also be used for setting brick and block, but not as a veneer bonding mortar. Use MAVS 1000, 2000 or 3000 for veneer bonding applications.

    ColorTek Exterior Stucco

    Portland Cement Stucco Finish

    ColorTek is a premium, factory blended, portland cement-based, stucco finish manufactured from the highest-grade Portland cement, hydrated lime, graded aggregates, and specific additives. ColorTek comes in various aggregate combinations that allow design flexibility and a variety of finish textures.

    The following aggregate combinations are available:
    ♦ Coarse: Used to create heavy laced, sand, or machine dash finishes.
    ♦ 16/20: Used to create traditional, sand, or machine dash finishes.
