OmegaCoat Plus (Fog Coat) is a spray-applied, polymer-modified, pigmented, cement-based coating, which cures to become an integral part of the stucco surface and maintains the original finish characteristics. When compared to standard fog coat, OmegaCoat Plus has improved adhesion and water-resistance, while reducing the likelihood of color streaking and efflorescence. When compared to paint, OmegaCoat Plus is longer-lasting, more durable, and more permiable. Fog coating is an economical method to achieve color uniformity and to enhance or refresh the appearance of existing, unpainted, cementitious stucco.

A Premium Fog Coat

SuperFog (Fog Coat) is a premium coating designed to achieve color uniformity or to refresh the appearance of existing stucco or other porous substrates. Unlike paint, SuperFog helps to retain the surface’s natural appearance and properties. Though unlike standard cement-based fog coats, SuperFog is not at risk of efflorescing or having blotchy color.

Polymer-modified Portland Cement Stucco Finish

ColorTek PM (Polymer-modified) portland cement-based, stucco finish is a premium, factory blended, polymer-modified. ColorTek PM has improved tensile, bond, and flexural strengths and can be applied over polymer-modified base coats without the addition of admixes or bonders. Portland Cement Stucco Finish

ColorTek SmoothCoat is a premium, factory blended, portland cement-based stucco finish used to create a smooth Santa Barbara or Mission type finish. It is manufactured from the highest-grade portland cement, hydrated lime, graded aggregates, and specific additives.

SmoothCoat comes in the following bases:
♦ Base 2 (grey)
♦ Base 10 (white)
♦ Base 1 (white/grey)
♦ Base 5 (dark grey)

SmoothCoat may be colored in the field using the Omega ColorPak system. For added convenience, SmoothCoat is also offered as a factory mixed colored stucco. Minimum quantities may apply when ordering factory blended products.

Paintable Portland Cement Stucco Finish

ColorTek Paint Grade (PG) Exterior Stucco is a premium, factory blended, Portland cement-based, stucco finish manufactured from the highest-grade Portland cement, hydrated lime, graded aggregates, and specific additives. ColorTek PG comes in various aggregate combinations that allow design flexibility and a variety of finish textures.

The following aggregate combinations are available:
♦ Coarse: For heavy laced, sand, or machine dash finishes.
♦ 16/20: For traditional, sand, or machine dash finishes.
♦ 20/30: For fine texture or sand finishes.
♦ 30/30: For uniform fine sand finishes.

ColorTek PG is designed to be painted and cannot be used with the ColorPak coloring system. It comes in the following grades:
